Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Depending on your location, delivery for treadmills and ellipticals typically takes between 5 to 10 business days via our specialized freight partners.
Do you offer professional assembly services?
Yes, we offer 'White Glove Delivery' which includes professional assembly in the room of your choice and the removal of all packaging materials for an additional fee at checkout.
What is the warranty policy on Sole Fitness products?
We stand by our quality. Most of our equipment comes with a lifetime warranty on the frame and motor, a 3-year warranty on parts and electronics, and 1-year of labor coverage.
Can I return my equipment if I am not satisfied?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Please note that return shipping fees may apply.
